Harvest Types
These codes appear in batch designations on the Wholesale Menu. They describe how the fruit was harvested.
| WF — Whole Fruit | The entire fruit body is taken, with only the bottom half-inch or so of the stem removed to clear residual substrate. This is the most complete expression of the mushroom as it grew. |
| C+ — Caps Plus | The fruit is topped close to the cap, leaving roughly half an inch of stem attached. Cap and a short stem section travel together. |
| C — Caps | Most or all of the stem is removed so that only the cap remains. This is the purest cap material. |
| SM — Small | |
| ST — Stems |
Standalone stems are dried separately and become part of a different harvest lot.
Terminology
| Psilocybin | Prodrug; inactive until metabolized. Psilocybin × 0.7186 = Converted Psilocin. |
| Native Psilocin | Directly measured active psilocin; already active, no conversion. |
| Converted Psilocin | Psilocybin% × 0.7186 — the psilocin equivalent (Tryptomics PsilocinEQ™). |
| Total Psilocin (TP, calc.) | Converted Psilocin + Native Psilocin. Used for all dosing math. |
| As-Is Total (NIR) | A direct NIR instrument reading of total alkaloid content. Shown separately from calculated TP. |
| Full Panel | Lab analysis covering all measurable alkaloids; required under Prop 122. |
| Harvest Lot | Regulatory tracking unit at harvest; maps to a batch in this system. |
| Substrate Stage | Bulk substrate colonization: grain spawn introduced into primary growing medium. |
| Cohort | Opted-in participants sharing journey data with a specific org. |
